Booking Terms for Trips and Dining

Cancellation Policy

Individual Bookings (1–9 persons)

• Free cancellation is possible if made at least 7 days before the service.

• If canceled less than 7 days but at least 48 hours before the service, 50% of the booking fee will be charged.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service, or no-shows, will be charged in full (100%).

Groups (10 persons or more)

• Free cancellation is possible if made at least 14 days before the service.

• If canceled less than 14 days but at least 5 days before the service, 50% of the booking fee will be charged.

• Cancellations made less than 5 days before the service, or no-shows, will be charged in full.

Weather Conditions and Provider’s Right to Cancel

Haukkamaa Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to dangerous weather conditions, safety risks, or other force majeure circumstances. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund or an alternative date will be agreed upon.

Illness

In cases of illness, refunds or rescheduling may be arranged on a case-by-case basis with a valid medical certificate.

Changes to Bookings

Any changes to a booking should be communicated as soon as possible. We strive to be flexible if schedules or the number of participants change.
