We’ve flame-grilled salmon for holiday parties, served delicious meals at evening gatherings, and crafted gourmet campfire dining experiences even in the most remote wilderness. In our hands, fresh ingredients become unforgettable culinary experiences — whether it’s a hearty game stew, traditional campfire coffee, or a multi-course gourmet meal.

 

Behind the cooking is Petri Ristiniemi, a passionate chef whose skills earned him the Noitakokki ("Sorcerer Chef") title in 2016. His dishes have been enjoyed by hikers, hunting groups, and the most discerning food lovers alike.
