Whenever possible, the trip includes coffee brewed over coals — the perfect moment to pause and enjoy the present. Trip length: approximately 2–4 km Duration: 2–3 hours Group size: 2–15 people. For larger groups, request a quote. Equipment: weather-appropriate clothing and personal gear. Metsämieli trips can sometimes be very intense emotional experiences. Cancellation Policy
Varausehdot retkille tai ruokailuille Peruutusehdot Yksittäiset varaukset (1–9 henkilöä): • Peruutus on maksuton, jos se tehdään viimeistään 7 vuorokautta ennen palvelun alkua. • Jos peruutus tehdään alle 7 vuorokautta mutta viimeistään 48 tuntia ennen palvelun alkua, veloitetaan 50 % varauksen hinnasta. • Alle 48 tuntia ennen tai ilman peruutusta tehdyt varaukset veloitetaan kokonaisuudessaan (100 %). Ryhmät (10 henkilöä tai enemmän): • Peruutus on maksuton, jos se tehdään viimeistään 14 vuorokautta ennen palvelun alkua. • Jos peruutus tehdään alle 14 vuorokautta mutta viimeistään 5 vuorokautta ennen, veloitetaan 50 % varauksen hinnasta. • Alle 5 vuorokautta ennen tehty tai peruuttamaton varaus veloitetaan kokonaisuudessaan. Sääolosuhteet ja palveluntarjoajan oikeus perua: •Haukkamaa Adventures pidättää oikeuden perua tai siirtää tapahtuma esim. vaarallisten sääolosuhteiden, turvallisuusuhkien tai ylivoimaisen esteen (force majeure) vuoksi. Tällöin asiakkaalle palautetaan koko maksettu summa tai sovitaan uudesta ajankohdasta. Sairastapaukset: • Sairastapauksissa voidaan tapauskohtaisesti sopia maksun palautuksesta tai siirrosta lääkärintodistusta vastaan. Muutokset varaukseen: • Muutokset varaukseen tulee ilmoittaa mahdollisimman pian. Pyrimme joustavuuteen, mikäli aikataulu tai osallistujamäärä muuttuu.
